As for me, I would be honored to do it. I don't take crap from bad users, and would ban anyone if I even had the faintest suspicion that they were thinking about breaking NG rules. Half the threads in General are what I would consider spam threads, and many of them I would at least lock if not delete. And there's plenty of poor quality users who would find themselves on the end of a ban if I were to get a chance...

Because I have almost no posts on the forum, signed up for Newgrounds yesterday (admittedly, for the third time) and I have been a moderator on numerous other forums; always the strictest, most feared of the team.
Additionally, I am the best candidate because I possess the awesome ability to realize that I will never command any sort of respect or have any influence in a community this large and popular.
I'll do it. I'll randomly lock a topic without reading it, and ban people that I just don't like - just like a real mod.

Unfortuantly, my co-admin think that it is "To Harsh" To ban some asshole for spamming. Here, Its completely natural, so I think that i would Fit the job while I am sick with a sinus infection here at home

I feel that I'm responsible enough to know the difference between what is and is not a turd in the BBS. I've modded another site before, and I know from experience that I am a very cautious person with the ability to moderate. I take close consideration in a thread's material before making a decision on what to do with it. In any case, I believe that I have the power of judgment needed to accept the job, so there you go.

We as NewGrounders are going through difficult times. The BBS, once a clean forum for discussion, has been taken over. Taken over by spammers, trolls, and jews. We need to elect a mod official who will not only remove the waste they leave behind, but also ensure these evil doers never hurt the BBS again.
The wind of change is calling for this day. Together, we can make change happen. We can turn the tide and create a new, safer BBS. Stand for change, fight for a better BBS!

I feel that I am an ideal substitute for several reasons.
First of all, I have been here for a couple years. This is beneficial in that I am not the user that says "BBS sucks so much now a days!" but I also have been here long enough to know how it works, and what's to be expected...I know what does and doesnt cross the line.
Secondly, I have had enough locked threads and bans to understand the reasoning behind them. I have even made a thread discussing why it is that a lot of bans and locks go unexplained. It got 16 replies, and died. NOT A SINGLE MOD RESPONDED. Conspiracy!
Thirdly, I do not want to be a mod forever. I hate the idea of having to spend all my time watching the forums and being under constant criticism, yet a week sounds like enough time for me to benefit from the experience to learn and grow, and to understand things in a mods perspective.
Fourthly, I am no dumbass. I am a junior in high school, and take Psychology, English Honors, Trig and Functions, have had 2 years of Latin, and now taking Spanish I, and I am in AP American History. Im not a stuck up calculus prodege, but Im not brain dead either.
Fifthly, I am not as much of a jerk as you are. Lets face it...you're an asshole. A necessary asshole, but an asshole none the less. A week of me showing people kindness would have people miss your badass, and bring an end to this "I hate poozy" age.
Sixthly, you cant think of a good reason why I shouldnt be.
